Frequently Asked Question

1. Open your Google Account
2. In the navigation panel, select Security.
3. Under “Signing in to Google,” select 2-Step Verification
   
4. Check your available Second step Options
   1. Make sure you have more than just "Google Prompts"
      
   2. You can add more options if you scroll down
      1. Easiest is Voice or Text Message

Please check the devices at the bottom of the page to make sure that you recognize your signed in devices.  If you do not please remove them and submit a support ticket. 

You will see Android Panel if you are signed into your Promethean board.
