Frequently Asked Question

To enter your Voicemail for setup, please follow directions listed below or refer to your End User Guide for your style phone.

• Press the “Message” button on the phone
• Enter the default PIN. (Your extension number is default PIN)
• Just follow the directions for each prompt given by phone system for each greeting and to change PIN.

Please note the following

• Voicemail PIN must be between 6 and 10 digits and must not start with “0”.
• Voicemail PIN must not contain sequential or repeating digits, such as “123” or“111”.

Once finished if you need to go back and change any of your greetings or Voicemail PIN, the directions are in the End User Guide.
